Viviana Hedrick is an accomplished litigator, having successfully advised and represented clients in both state and federal court at the trial and appellate level. Viviana’s vast litigation experience includes resolving complex litigation matters via settlement, successful dispositive motion, and both bench and jury trials. Viviana provides her individual and corporate clients with comprehensive litigation support in matters involving employment law issues, business torts, real estate, mass torts, land/water use matters, contract/leasing disputes, constitutional rights, and intellectual property.
Viviana obtained her juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has been recognized for her successful work, including being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2012 through 2017. Viviana has utilized her litigation skills in numerous pro bono matters, including advocating for children with special needs, facilitating the successful dismissal of deportation hearings for refugee immigrants, and serving as trial counsel in defamatory harassment proceedings. Viviana applies her extensive legal experience spanning over a decade to ensure that individuals and business affected by wildfires are fully compensated for their losses.
